Domestic: Free shipping within Australia for orders over $50 (use discount code FREESHIP50). $10 shipping for domestic orders under $50.
Prints are made to order at local art printers. The processing time is around 2-4 business days, however, this estimation may vary depending on the printer’s availability.
Artwork is shipped from Melbourne, Australia using Australia Post. Domestic shipping can take 3-7 business days. This is an estimation, please understand that delivery times may vary.
Tracking number is provided for all orders over $50. Click here to track your parcel on the Australia Post website.
Artwork will either be posted in a ridged mailer or rolled in a mailing tube.
Mugs may be posted separately depending on the order.
Original artwork will require signature on delivery.
Please ensure that your postal address is correct and that it is safe and secure. I cannot take responsibility for any lost or stolen packages.
Framing is not offered for postal deliveries as they are fragile and prone to breakage during transit, which can in turn damage the artwork itself. Choosing your own frame will allow you to match the piece with your decor for a more personalised and cohesive look.

Returns
Returns and Exchanges
Unfortunately I do not offer returns or exchanges for change of mind. Art prints are made to order, please choose carefully.
I do my best to represent my original work as accurately as possible. If you are interested in purchasing an original please feel free to contact me, I am happy to send more photos and/or videos of the artwork.
Please ensure that your postal address is correct and that it is safe and secure. I cannot take responsibility for any lost or stolen packages.
Damages
All care will be taken with packaging to protect the artwork during shipment. If in the rare event the artwork arrives damaged, please contact me within 10 days of receiving it. For insurance purposes, please photograph both the item and packaging where the damage has occurred.
Once these photos have been received, a replacement or refund will be arranged in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
Processing Refunds
If your item arrives damaged and cannot be replaced, we will issue a refund to your original payment method. Once the refund is processed, please allow up to 10 business days for the amount to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
