Who knew horses had so many chin whiskers?! Along with their snout’s sensory nerves, they are used to explore their environment the way humans do with their hands. I used charcoal pencil to capture the smooth, velvety texture of the snout. This cheeky darling is either feeling playful, or is looking for a treat!
